I've been thinking about traveling solo for quite sometime now. I just didn't have the courage (and the money) to do so. There's a lot of things to be considered when traveling by yourself and I don't think I'm that adventurous enough for doing such thing.
But then reading these books convinced me to just pack my bags and fly to wherever my passport take me. :) Seriously though, these books will show your where the safest place for women to travel alone. It also tells you what activities you can do, where the good restaurants are, what things to bring, if people are friendly or snobby, recommended books to read for culture purposes, etc. It's the perfect book for travelling!
So it got me thinking, I really really need to plan a vacation soon. So here's my first trip plan:
WHERE: Costa Rica
WHEN: Aug. 9-12, 2012
BUDGET: Atleast $1300
Why I picked Costa Rica? Because I want to try their canyoning tour. It looks so cool and amazing in the picture. So now I gotta start saving money!
